Devi Sahny Founder & CEO, Ascend Now Devi Sahny is the founder and CEO of Ascend Now, a Singapore-based edtech startup known for its personalized, student-centered learning approach. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York, gaining strong experience in global finance and strategy.
Since its establishment in 2018, Ascend Now has grown to a team of 70 educators and has supported more than 900 students across Singapore, Indonesia, and India. The company continues to scale rapidly under her leadership, achieving significant year-on-year revenue growth.
As a member of the AIGS Advisory Board, Devi brings valuable expertise in personalized education, innovation, and scalable learning models. Her insights support AIGS in delivering higher-quality gemological education in more convenient and accessible ways to students worldwide.
