	Wimon Songroek Principal Wimon Songroek joined AIGS in 1982 as an Instructor, and has over 25 years of experience in gemological training, gem identification and treatments. Previously she was a consultant for an accounting firm. She received her A.G from AIGS.

Director Academics

P.J.Joseph joined AIGS in 1992 as an Instructor, and has over 16 years experience in gem identification, treatments and gemological training. Previously he was in the gem trading business with associates in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He received his DgemG from Deutsche Gemmologische Gessellschaft, Idar Oberstein, Germany. He is also a writer and the author of two gem fiction books.

	Jayesh Patel Instructor Jayesh Patel joined AIGS in 2002, and has over 6 years experience in gemological training. He received his AG from AIGS. He is also a trader who has been in the gem industry for more than 25 years, specializing in natural unheated ruby and sapphire, pink and red spinel from Mogok, Burma.

	Surat Sukkasaem Instructor Surat Sukkaseam joined AIGS in 1987, and has over 17 years of experience in gemstone identification and gemological training. Previously she worked as a consultant in the hospitality industry. She received her AG from AIGS.

	Kamolmas Kosinthrakul Instructor Kamolmas Kosinthrakul joined AIGS in 2003, and has over 5 years experience in gemological training. She received her GG from GIA, Thailand. She is also a jewelry designer and works with her mother, who has been in the gold jewelry business for over 30 years.

	Sirinee Mutitaporn Instructor Sirinee Mutitaporn joined AIGS in 2002, and has over 6 years experience in gemological training. She received her AG from AIGS, and GG from GIA, Thailand. She is also a jewelry designer and works with her mother, who has been in the gold jewelry business for over 40 years.

	Kanate Koosathian Instructor Kanate Koosathian joined AIGS in 2007, and has over 5 years experience in gemological training. He received his GG from GIA, Thailand.

	Noppadon Engsiridumrongkul Instructor Noppadon Engsiridumrongkul joined AIGS in 2006, and has over 2 years experience in gemological training. He received his AG from AIGS. He has been in the gem and jewelry business for over 20 years.

	Chitwadee Raviwong Instructor (Jewelry Design) Chitwadee Raviwong joined AIGS in 2006, and has over 12 years experience in jewelry design. She received her jewelry design diploma from Institute of Technology and Education Poshchang Campus, Thailand.

	Boonyanart Lakkhana Instructor (Jewelry Design) Boonyanart Lakkhana joined AIGS in 2006, and has over 10 years experience in jewelry design. She received her jewelry design diploma from GIA,Thailand.

	Nakarin Thongla Instructor (JewelryCAD) Nakarin Thongla joined AIGS in 2000, and has over 8 years experience in jewelry design (JewelCad). He is a graduate from Gemological and Material Sciences Technology, Burapha University, Thailand.
